Brentor Church is only a 30 minute walk (to the top!) away from the cottage. The views from the top are simply stunning.

We are situated on the western edge of Dartmoor.

Burrator reservoir is only a 15 minute drive away. A beautiful location. Ideal for walking, cycling or fishing. If that all sounds like too much hard work maybe a picnic on the banks sound more appealing.

Tavistock town centre, only a 5 minute drive by car from the cottage, has everything you would expect from a multi-award winning location. Interesting shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs. It also has a fantastic meadows which is great for the kids and includes a swimming pool. The Wharf centre provides a cinema and live musical interest for all tastes.
